Wedding Recipes

Kristen and I were happy to be able to pick out all of our favorite recipes for the reception.  Some of you wanted to know how you could get copies.  While we can't publish others' recipes online due to copyright restrictions, we are happy to share recipes with you if you ask for them.

The two cookbooks we used for the wedding (and coincidentally our favorite cookbooks) are:

At Blanchard's Table by Melinda and Robert Blanchard.  We visited this couple's restaurant in Anguilla when Kristen was living there, and boy was it good!  Every recipe in their book is delicious!

Fast Food My Way by Jacques Pépin.  Jacques is a master of French cooking, and the best teaching chef there is.  His is the only cooking show I watch, and where I have learned most of my cooking tricks.  You can see his shows on PBS, and I highly recommend all of his books, especially this one.
